Post-Race Celebration

Smokehouse 52 will be on hand with the following:

Beef brisket chili with a loaded topping buffet:

• Bacon
• Cheddar Cheese
• Jiffy Cornbread Crumble
• Sour Cream
• Green Onion

If you're looking for a meatless option, you can also order a vegan meal featuring a Beyond Brat.

We are not pre-ordering food this year.  It will be available for purchase at the Smokehouse 52 truck on race day.

Standard Post-Race Selection

For those of you who are okay with the more standard race fare, we will have the following available for all participants:

• Fresh fruit
• Various snacks (chips, pretzels, cookie-type stuff)
• Pastries
• Pepsi products
• Water
