Description

The Pikes Peak Road Runners American Discovery Trail Marathon supports PPRR and the Trails and Open Space Coalition. The scenic course along paved and dirt trails is about as fast and flat as you can find in Colorado.
All proceeds directly benefit local trails and local non-profits dedicated to trail stewardship and community running events in Colorado Springs.
The ADT Marathon is recognized as a premier race event by local and out-of-state runners, and is proud to celebrate its 18th year in 2018!
Join over 1,000 runners competing in the marathon, half marathon, or 10K in 2019. The Marathon course is point-to-point, starting at Palmer Lake Regional Park near Palmer Lake, and finishing at America The Beautiful Park near downtown Colorado Springs. The Half Marathon and 10K are out-and-back courses, starting and finishing at America The Beautiful Park.
Runners will be treated to fast courses, a tech tee, finisher medal, and a fun Labor Day post-race party. Plus, the outstanding volunteers and course support you’ve come to expect from Pikes Peak Road Runners.
Come for the scenic, speedy course, come back for the amazing volunteers, and stay for the live music, crowd-pleasing spread and beer garden at the post-race party in the heart of Colorado Springs.

Membership Discount
The membership discount will be applied during checkout. The discount is 10%, for online registrations only.
For the registration process to recognize that you are a Pikes Peak Road Runners member, if you have not already claimed your PPRR membership within RunSignUp, you first need to go to the Club page for the Pikes Peak Road Runners and claim you membership. This is done as follows.

In the left column of buttons, click on "Members".
Search for your name.
Click on "Is this you?"
An e-mail will be sent to the E-mail address of this user, which contains a link with instructions to complete the process.
Once your membership has been claimed within the RunSignUp system, you will then have an account with RunSignUp. If you have a family membership, you can then add family members that live in your household. Those family members will also be able to apply the membership discount.
When you register for an event that offers discounts to PPRR members, on one of the first Registrant screens, you'll see a "Have An Account?" message followed by a SIGN IN button. Click on the SIGN IN button and sign in using your RunSignUp account information. That will allow RunSignUp to recognize that you are a PPRR member, and the member discount will be applied.
Entry Fees
For Online Registration, there is a 10% discount to PPRR members. The discount will be applied at the checkout page of the registration process.

Marathon Course
The Marathon will start at 6:30 AM, at Palmer Lake Regional Park. Runners will first do a lap around Palmer Lake, then the course heads south on the New Sante Fe Trail. The trail goes through Palmer Lake, Monument and the Air Force Academy. Once entering Colorado Springs, the name of the trail changes to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail, but it's still the same trail. The course will follow the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail southward and finish at America The Beautiful Park, near downtown Colorado Springs.
This course is a Boston Marathon qualifying course.
Half Marathon Course
The half marathon starts at 6:45 AM. Runners will run north on the Pikes Peak Greenway to a turnaround just north of the Garden of the Gods Road and then turn back south along the same trail to the finish line at the America the Beautiful Park. The course is an urban trail with sections of concrete, asphalt, and crushed granite. Some of the concrete sections have an adjacent soft shoulder.
10K Course
The 10K starts at 7:00 AM. Runners will run north on the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail to a turnaround at approximately Van Buren Street. Runners turn south there and return to the finish line at America the Beautiful Park. The course is an urban trail with sections of concrete, asphalt, and crushed granite. Some of the concrete sections have an adjacent soft shoulder.
