Thu December 17 - Sat December 19 Dallas, TX 75207 US RaceJoy Ready

Due to the ongoing concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Jingle Bell Run will be moving to a virtual event for 2020. It is our top priority to keep our participants and Dallas community healthy and safe. While we are saddened we are unable to celebrate together this year, we have a ton of fun things planned to make your (hopefully) last virtual event of 2020 the best one yet!

Participants who have already registered for the 2020 JBR will be automatically transferred to a virtual registration. All proceeds support the Dallas Mavs Foundation and Trinity Strand Trail.

Packet pickup will be held at 1329 Crampton Street, Dallas, TX 75207 on Wednesday, December 16 from 2-6 pm and Thursday, December 17 from 12-6 pm.

This year has been unique in more ways than one and to help support both the Dallas Mavs Foundation and Trinity Strand Trail, we will be offering a t-shirt purchasing option for this race! Join us in supporting the efforts of these non-profits in our Dallas community.

The Generational Group Dallas Jingle Bell Run has been a Dallas tradition for over 20 years. This is a festive family-friendly event with a nighttime 5k race and a 1-mile fun run.  Participants will still be encouraged to run dressed in their spirited holiday attire and will also be given a pair of jingle bells to "jingle all the way" through the race.

All proceeds from the Generational Group Jingle Bell Run benefit The Trinity Strand Trail and The Mavs Foundation.

In 2002, a group of dedicated individuals formed the Friends of the Trinity Strand Trail to spearhead the planning, construction, and enhancement of a 7.8-mile non-motorized hike and bike trail along the original Trinity River watercourse. The Trinity Strand Trail is located in the heart of the Dallas Design District. This trail will connect the Katy Trail to the Trinity River and also provide Dallas citizens access to the Southwestern Medical District, Dallas Market Center, downtown and Uptown Dallas, Stemmons Corridor businesses and the Dallas Design District. Trinity Strand Trail also plays an integral role in connecting various trails, neighborhoods, and communities in Dallas. Once our project is complete, we will help with connecting over 73 miles of trail in DFW.

The Dallas Mavericks Foundation is dedicated to using our unique platform to build a stronger community by empowering youth, women, and families who need us most through financial support, advocacy, and service.

Established in October 1996, the Mavs Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation affiliated with the Dallas Mavericks professional basketball team.

Over the last 20 years, the Mavs Foundation has granted over $3.5 million dollars to non-profit organizations serving women, children, and families in need and created Reading and Learning Centers and basketball courts across the North Texas community.

Changing lives by supporting programs for kids in foster care, victims of domestic abuse, families struggling with homelessness and hunger, and much more.
