Westminster Village Association/New England Events. AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

• Running and related exercises are inherently dangerous activities in which participants and other individuals are at constant risk. I recognize that the events in which I voluntarily participate through the Westminster Cracker Festival 5k require physical activity that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in such physical activity. 

• I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and that I have no medical condition, impairment or disability that might prevent my full participation in any event offered by Westminster Cracker Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a health care provider prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness event. I acknowledge that personnel at the event did not give me any medical advice which might relate to my physical condition or my ability to participate in the event. 

• In consideration of permitting me to participate or engage in exercise activity at the Westminster Cracker Festival 5k, I agree to voluntarily assume all liability and responsibility and indemnify Westminster Village Assocation, New England Events and the town of Westminster of any personal property owner damages, known or unknown, suffered by any person, including myself, arising out of my participation in any event offered by the Westminster Cracker Festival

• I am aware that pictures may be taken of me during the event and that these pictures maybe used by the New England Events and all event management partners. I am aware that pictures may be posted to a website or used in print. By confirming below I am giving permission for my photo to be used as above listed see fit.
