A supportive training program for half and full marathon runners to reach their distance or time goals. Marathon training is 16 weeks and the Half marathon training is 16 weeks ending on April 22 for the Martian Marathon. Training programs will include a detailed training plan, educational clinics, hosted group runs on Tuesday evening and Sunday morning, and a Running Lab tech top. ALL PACES OF RUNNERS WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED!
Kickoff and Informational meeting will be held December 19, 7:00pm @ Running Lab.
Training begins Monday, January 2 (Sunday Long Runs 7a, location varies week to week)
