Backstage Crew – Works directly with the Stage Manager, Head Technician, and other Running Crew. They are responsible for attending all technical rehearsals and shows. They assist with technical elements during the show from backstage (curtain, fire watch, costume changes, props, and set movements).
Open to ages 3rd grade and older

Tech & Props Crew – The Tech & Props Crew is responsible for managing and coordinating all technical elements and prop-related aspects of the show. Duties include setting up and maintaining props, assisting with scene changes, and ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly during rehearsals and performances. Crew members must be detail-oriented, work efficiently under pressure, and collaborate with the stage manager and production team to create a seamless theatrical experience.

Set Design & Construction Crew

The Set Builders & Design Crew is responsible for constructing, painting, and assembling the set for the show. Duties include designing and building scenic elements, ensuring structural stability, and assisting with changes as needed. Crew members should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools and materials to bring the production’s vision to life

Heritage Days Parade Crew - Assists the Parade coordinator with the design and construction of the Huntington Theatre Guild Act 2 float for the parade.

An Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) supports the Stage Manager in coordinating all onstage and backstage activity throughout preproduction, rehearsals, and performances. They help maintain smooth communication between cast, crew, and production staff, and assist in ensuring the director’s vision is carried out consistently. ASMs help track cues, props, and changes, and may take on specific backstage responsibilities during the show.

This role is vital in keeping everything organized and running on schedule—and it’s a great way to learn the behind-the-scenes magic of live theater!

Ticket Booth  - The Ticket Booth team is responsible for collecting payments and checking in guests who have purchased tickets online. Team members should be friendly, organized, and comfortable handling both cash and digital sales.
