Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County supported by Petti Pest Control

AWS providing care and compassion to companion animals since 1952. The Animal Welfare shelter on Leetown Pike near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds houses homeless cats and dogs, provides care and adoption services, low-cost rabies clinics and spay/neuter coupons to the public. AWS is a 501(c3) non-profit that relies solely on donations, grants, and fundraising to fund the AWS programs. AWS is rated 100 out of 100 on Charity Navigator.
