Chillin' & Grillin' Backyard Team Registration is a step-up team package. It is ideal for small businesses wanting to market at WhistleStop or cooks who want first dibs on their cook site and a little something extra! You are required to compete in the cooking competition and all signage/promo materials must be pre-approved by the WhistleStop team. This package includes all Basic Backyard Registration plus some extras! One Backyard Cook Team Registration (KCBS sanctioned), one PRE-SELECTED 25x25 cook site, cooks gift, and WhistleStop sponsor gift. With this package, your team registration includes six cook team wristbands instead of four, and a special gift.
A member of our WhistleStop team will contact you to pre-select your cook site which will be a first come, first serve process. This allows you to pre-select a cooking site before the general selection during check-in on Friday, October 17.
Access to water will be available and electric (20 amp service). Teams will be emailed further information after registration is complete. A confirmation email goes out within the hour of registration and cooks packets will emailed out at a later date.
People's Choice Wing and Pulled Pork participation, as well as the option to purchase additional wristbands, will be available for purchase before checkout.

Cancellations must be made by August 1st. Anything after August 1 is considered a donation to the Apollo Coalition, Inc. (a 501c3 nonprofit organization). Proceeds from WhistleStop benefit the Coalition and the EarlyWorks Family of Museums.
