Chefs Dan Jacobs and Michelle Wallace—as seen on Bravo's Top Chef Wisconsin—are teaming up with James Beard award-winner Tory Miller to create a 4-course brunch inspired by award-winning Wisconsin cheeses and the esteemed cheesemakers who craft them. Taking place at the beautiful Graze restaurant on Madison’s Capitol Square, brunch guests will have an opportunity to meet the chefs and cheesemakers during the meal.

This is a meal that Top Chef fans and Wisconsin Cheese lovers won’t want to miss.
