Waiver
In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and assign, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against McGuire’s Irish Pub, McGuire’s Irish Runners, the City of Pensacola, Road Runner Club of America, or their respective officers, agents, representatives, and sponsors for any and all damages or injuries sustained and suffered by me in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. I understand that no strollers, roller skates, inline skates or bicycles will be allowed on the course. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photography, videotapes, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for any purposes whatever. I have read the above release and understand that I am entering the McGuire’s St. Patrick’s Day 5K Run at my own risk.
