Amanda was a young woman with a BIG heart for helping others. She developed pulmonary hypertension 8 years ago, and lost her battle with the disease 2 months ago at the age of 21. One of Amanda's "happy places" was at North Star Reach camp, which offers life-changing camp experiences to children with serious health challenges. See https://www.northstarreach.org for more info. To honor Amanda's memory, I join with her family and friends to raise funds in support of this wonderful camp that gave Amanda so much joy. The 5k run/walk will take place on October 2.
