Description

Join us for the 2nd Annual Amazing Race: Chamber Series produced by the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, April 3,2027!

This exciting adventure will take teams of two racing through the heart of New Smyrna Beach, tackling 20+ fun and challenging obstacles along the way. From puzzles and problem-solving to physical feats, this event is designed for all skill levels and offers a one-of-a-kind way to explore our community.

Race Start Times begin at 7:30am. There will be staggered start times every 5mins. Groups will be given their estimated start time closer to the event. 

EACH participant must register. During registration it will ask for your teammates name.

Pricing: $150/team ($75 per person) ; Early Bird Price: $120/team ($60 per person) until April 12, 2026.

Registration includes an event shirt for each team member. Every racer participating will need to wear along the race route. Size range: Small, Medium, Large, XL

Frequently Asked Questions – Amazing Race: Chamber Series

Race Bibs
Race bibs are required for identification and must remain clearly visible from start to finish.


Race Shirts
All participants must wear the official event race shirt. You may personalize your outfit—cut, tie, or accessorize—as long as the race logo remains visible and your bib is attached underneath. Get creative, but stay branded!


Will I Get Wet?
Yes—you will get wet! Please plan accordingly and remember: shoes must stay on at all times for safety.


Heavy Lifting
No participant will ever be asked to lift anything unreasonably heavy. If a challenge feels unsafe or too heavy, notify a volunteer and we’ll adjust.


Minimum Age
Racers must be at least 10 years old on race day. Teams including participants ages 10–15 must also have at least one racer age 18 or older.


Spectators on the Course
Only registered racers are allowed on the course. Friends and family may cheer from designated areas or sign up to volunteer. All racers must stay on the official marked course—shortcuts aren’t allowed.

If You Cannot Finish
If you’re unable to continue, notify a volunteer along the route. They’ll assist you and arrange transportation back to your vehicle or medical care if needed.

Team Size
Teams consist of exactly two (2) racers. No more, no less.

Buy-Out Challenge Bring $20 CASH per team ($10 per racer).This optional Buy-Out Challenge allows teams to bypass a designated challenge if needed.
