It is time again for Run For Holland. This will be the 12th year of helping the special needs community in Mitchell, Yancey and Avery Counties. In the first eleven years Run For Holland Foundation has given over $130,000.00 for special needs! This would not have been possible without the runners, the donations of friends and family and sponsorship of businesses in our area.
Again, this year I have "Aunt Barbara's Team" up and I am asking for your support. I have again set a personal goal of $1,000.00 for my team. If you want to run, walk, or donate, I would greatly appreciate! *If you choose to donate to another team or another worthy cause of Helene aftermath that is great also. Most of all, I ask for your prayers for the safety of the runners and the success of the Run For Holland.
You can register to run (or walk) in the 5K or 10K, register as a volunteer or make a donation. Remember all donations are tax deductible under the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). Tax receipt given upon request.
