My dear friend Colin was cared for at the end of his life at a hospice in London, England, and I am grateful I was able to visit and say goodbye. Connecticut Hospice, the first hospice established in the United States, is a nonprofit organization that provides compassionate, comprehensive hospice and palliative care. Founded in 1974, it remains a leader in end-of-life care.
Please consider making a donation of any amount to support this excellent organization.
