The Walking Program is designed for someone who wants to be active and healthy and chooses walking to meet that goal.
There will be coaches providing support and guidance along your journey of increased endurance, speed, health, and the basic enjoyment of walking.
Among some of the best qualities of walking, the best by far, are its abilities to be both simple and social.
• Beginning Date: Saturday, November 16th
• Last Training Day: Wednesday, January 8th
• Optional Goal Race: Shiver by the River, Saturday, January 11th
Please note that Barrier Breakers registration does NOT include registration for the goal race or any other race.

All groups will meet at the Scranton Running Company, but other meeting locations may be announced throughout the session. Location changes will be announced at practice and via the email that you are registering with.
