Description
The Best Workouts 5K Boot Camp is not your average 5k. It will consist of 3.2 miles total however, incorporated along the course will be training stations led by our “Special Guest” personal trainers. Runners will have to stop periodically during the 3.2 course to complete boot stations and whatever exercises are set up for you.
TBW Youth Boot Camp will be held for ages 5-11. Bounce houses, cone drills, ladder drills, hurdles, and more. Fun, challenging and effective. The youth boot camp will add an activity for those to with kids to take advantage of.
Each registration includes your t-shirt, finisher medal, and SWAG bag!
