I have seen the system from the inside and understand how complex and overwhelming it can be to navigate care, especially when emotions are already running high.

I know that behind every process, every appointment, and every delay, there is a person and a family trying to make sense of what is happening.

This cause matters to me because support should not be something people have to search for in the middle of crisis. It should already be there, ready to meet them.
