I’m Riding for My Dad, the Fighters, Surviviors, and Lost Ones

In 2012, my dad, Craig, was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic melanoma. The cancer had spread to his brain, kidney, adrenal gland, and lymph nodes. Doctors gave our family very few reasons to be hopeful.

But through incredible doctors, immunotherapy, faith, and groundbreaking cancer research, my dad survived. 

Today, I’m proud to ride Pedal the Cause 2026 in his honor, because my kids get to call him "PawPaw". They get to make memories with him, learn from him, and experience the same love and support that I’ve been blessed to have my entire life.

That’s why Pedal the Cause means so much to me. Cancer research gave my dad more time and gave my children their PawPaw.
