Description
Start Time/Location: 1:00PM Central Time. Wesselman Park address is 551 North Boeke Rd. Evansville, IN.
Course: The out and back 5K will begin and end in Wesselman Park. See map below.
Mini donuts will be at the finish line!
Cost: $35 until Nov 30; $40 until race day (Deduct $7 with no race shirt option)
**All sales are final. Unless prior arrangements are made prior to race start, no shirts are guaranteed after race day.
Race Check In: Participants can check in on race day from 12:15-12:45PM. Early pick up will be at Ultimate Fit December 11 from 5:00-6:00PM.
Timing: To the Finish Timing
Awards: Overall top 3 male and overall top 3 female. Top 3 M/F in the following age groups:
13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29;30-39;40-49;50-59;60-69;70-79;80+
Weather: The race will go on rain or shine! In the event of snow/ice event will be postponed to Dec. 20. No refunds given if event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or a circumstance out of the hands of the organizers.
Benefactor: A portion of proceeds will be donated to Wesselman Woods.

Shirt, Medal and Course Map
Shirts are guaranteed until November 27, after this a few extras will be ordered. The shirts are Tultex brand soft cotton in unisex sizing.
Finisher medals are PVC rubber key chains!
