Hello everyone! This year, I am participating in the Bee Brave 5k to raise money for breast cancer research at the Van Andel Institute, where I’m currently a PhD student. Whether you donate $1, $100, or simply help spread the word, all support is appreciated! This fundraiser is especially meaningful to me as I will be running alongside several of my classmates from the institute, all of whom are brilliant, passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference in the world.
I will be running this race in honor of my aunt Kara who passed from breast cancer in 2021.
