The Cabin Fever Winter Series presented by Final Lap Racing

Final Lap Racing is excited to host the first winter running series in the St. Louis Metro-East. This four road race series highlights parks across the region and encourages residents to stay active through the coldest months of the year while promoting health, fitness, and fun for all ages and abilities.

• January 30th, 2027 – 4 Miles – O’Fallon Family Sports Park, O’Fallon, IL
• February 6th, 2027 – 5K - Clinton Hills Conservation Park, Swansea, IL
• February 27th, 2027 – 3 Mile – Tri-Township, Troy, IL

Registration Fees

Series Fee

• Now to Dec 19th - $80
• Dec 20th - Jan 22nd - $90
• Race Day - Jan 23rd - $105

Individual Race Fee

• Until 1 Week before race - $20*
• Race Week - $25*

Series Swag
Series participants will receive a finisher’s medal and a Cabin Fever Series sweatshirt with registration.

Single Race Swag
Individual race participants will receive a finisher’s medal for the race they complete. A Cabin Fever Series sweatshirt may be purchased for an additional cost.

Series Awards

All participants will receive a custom finisher medal for each race they complete in the series.

Series Scoring - 

Series participants earn points based on their age‑group placement at each race. The top three finishers in each age group and non‑binary division at the end of the series will receive a custom Cabin Fever Series award.

To earn series points and be eligible for series standings, participants must be registered for the entire series and complete all four races. Individual race participants do not earn series award points. Age on January 23, 2027 determines division placement.

Age Groups: 9 & under, 10–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–79, and 80+. Age on January 23, 2027 determines age‑group placement.

Points are awarded based on age‑group placement:

• 1st – 50 points
• 2nd – 45 points
• 3rd – 40 points
• 4th – 35 points
• 5th – 30 points
• 6th – 25 points
• 7th – 20 points
• 8th – 15 points
• 9th – 10 points
• All remaining finishers receive 5 points.
