Pedal the Cause

Hey everyone!

Cancer has affected our family and our extended families more than we would have ever thought or imagined. It's heartbreaking. It's scary. It's unfair. It's hard. I ride so another son does not have to see his father celebrate a hard-earned retirement with a cancer diagnosis; so that a son does not have to see his mother keep working to fight cancer, again. I ride to never see another CHILD have to go through the pain and treatments in lieu of just 'being a kid.' I ride for so many reasons. Pedal the Cause is an avenue that allows us to participate in the ever-so-important fight against cancer, in hopes that less and less families have to experience it.

We pedal in memory of Chris' dad Ernie, Beth's uncle Dave;

We pedal in support and honor of Chris' mom Diane, our nephew Taylor;

We pedal in Celebration of (my wife) Beth, Beth's dad Linus, Beth's mom Linda, Beth's brother Chris;

...and unfortunately several other close family members and friends.

We are proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

Please support our efforts by donating to this fundraiser, and give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital. These medical facilities have personally been instrumental and impactful to our families fight against cancer, with forever gratitude.
