Hi, family and friends!
For the third year in a row, we will be walking and running to support Butterfly Baskets, a local organization which has helped so many families, including ours, find strength in community following the loss of their babies.
We walk in honor of Aiden Donovan, Baby Scarpino, and all those who have left us far too soon, so that their everlasting spirit may lift up countless others.
With your generous donation, Butterfly Baskets is able to continue their mission of partnering with local hospitals to provide comforting care packages to families during their most difficult days. This seemingly small gesture made us and our baby, Aiden, feel seen during a time we felt so lost, and served as an early beacon of hope for the future. Beyond that, it opened the door to a community of supportive, loving people with whom we will always hold a special bond - a community which, both sadly and somehow joyously, grows every day and needs all the love it can get.
