I lost my brother Zac on Thanksgiving in 2020. In his memory, we are writing the chapters he left unwritten by putting our arms around the people who need it most.
Life will always throw curveballs and blindside you with heartbreak. When it does, there is still community. You do not have to carry it alone. When things get really hard, it is okay to seek help. That is not weakness. That is strength.
This World Mental Health Day, please normalize getting help. Be kind. Check on each other. Show up.
If you can give, your donation helps the Zac Plantz Foundation keep that work going — scholarships, leadership, wellness, and a reminder that no one has to run alone.
