My name is Damien Guzman and Im a 5th grader at St. Jerome Catholic School. Im a member of Pack 152 Cub Scouts, a team member of our 5th Grade Soccer Team and I take Piano Lessons with Mrs. Johnston. I love Science, my pet labrador Levi, my family and my friends. When I grow up, I want to be a scientist and explore black holes.
Steps for Students is an annual event benefiting the 55 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Over the last 17 years, this exciting day of family fun has brought together our Catholic community for a Sunrise Mass, sanctioned 5K race and a post-race party in the Catholic School Village. In 2022, over $900,000 was raised to fund the unique needs of each of our Catholic schools.
