My personal story goes back to 2007. Four surgeries and one month of radiation therapy. Mine was Fibromyxoid Sarcoma in my neck that required a radical resection. Aside from some lifelong flexibility issues, I am happy to be cancer-free!!

The Race to Cure Sarcoma (RTCS) is the premier run/walk series in the United States, focused on raising awareness and research funds for sarcoma. Each year, the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) raises awareness and funds for much-needed research, through 20+ RTCS events across the country. Sarcoma patients, survivors, their friends and loved ones come together as a community to support innovative research for better treatments and an end to sarcoma.
