Hey, Everyone!
This year I’m participating in the return of the LA River Ride as part of Finish The Ride, a community event organized by Streets Are For Everyone (also known as "SAFE") to raise awareness and funds to prevent traffic violence and make our streets safer.
To participate in this ride, each cyclist commits to raising at least $300 to support SAFE’s work helping crash victims and families, advocating for safer streets, and pushing for laws that protect people walking and biking on our roads. It's also a blast to ride- get a bike and try it!
I’m proud to be part of the revival of this historic ride connecting Los Angeles to Long Beach along the LA River. It’s a powerful reminder that our streets and public spaces should be safe and accessible for everyone.
