Why I Ride

Every August/September gets a little nuts around here. My full-time job at Pedal the Cause becomes all consuming. And somehow, I love it.

I love Pedal because it’s an amazing community that has decided we’re not going to sit around waiting for a cure. We’re going to raise money, fund cancer research and push science forward until cancer has a lot less power over the people we love. And it's working.

I’ve seen the stories, met the researchers and witnessed firsthand what happens when a community comes together and says, “We’re going to do something about this.”If you can throw a few dollars into my fundraising page, Pedal will put them to work fighting cancer.
