Youth Mentoring Connection presents Miles of Music 5k

I started with YMC as a mentor in 2008.  I've seen first hand for all these years how the organization really meets kids where they are, and how it really works.  It's as simple as that ... and more kids need access to YMC.  I'm a firm believer that if we help youth in our community, we improve all parts of our community.  YMC is really the foundation for a strong community, built on something so simple - seeing and recognizing each person's gifts, in particular those of our youth who too often go unseen.  This 5k/Concert is a fun way to see and be part of this community and to see how it impacts those it touches and beyond.  In my mind, each donation has a far reach in what it directly helps today, and what it helps tomorrow and beyond.  If you've been watching this crazy world we are living in and wondering what you can do, please donate money (or time) to YMC - or just join us for a 5k and a concert!
