All proceeds from The Memorial Day Classic benefit the Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center. The CCPC has been caring for this community for 38 years. Everything we do is free and all in need are welcome. We don’t receive federal or state funding, which means we are primarily supported by individuals, businesses and churches in this community - and that’s why YOUR participation in the Memorial Day Classic matters so much!
This is an opportunity for YOU to make a difference! Your participation for a couple of hours on Memorial Day morning truly brings HOPE! So, come out and run or walk – bring your friends and join a team!
You can form a team or join an existing team and set up your very own fundraising page, making it easy for you to share about the CCPC and why you are running or walking on social media, text or email.
We are asking all runners and walkers to share with your friends and family about why you are participating! Ask them to sponsor you by making a tax-deductible donation – there is no minimum amount – someone can give $5 or $500. Just think – if two hundred people raise $100 each, that’s $20,000! YOU can make a huge impact!
Even if you are not able to walk or run this year, you can still sponsor someone who is participating. If you do not have someone to sponsor, you can simply make a donation online to The Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center.
