The Arc of Lehigh & Northampton Counties is excited to present an amazing community event - The Ride to Inclusion & Beyond! Featuring 18-time National Cycling Champion Mandy Marquardt! This unique event will take place virtually to comply with social distancing recommendations while encouraging as much flexibility, fundraising, fitness and indoor or outdoor fun as possible!
THE EVENT:
The COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for all of us. We are thrilled to present an opportunity for the community to come together and get out (or in) and moving to support inclusion! The 2020 Ride to Inclusion & Beyond encourages this call to action – and we need your support! By riding, either independently or with a socially distant/virtual team, every pedal forward is pushing you and our organization closer to achieving our mission of full inclusion for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
The Ride challenges the community to bike (no bike – no problem! You can walk or jog too!) intervals of 10, 25, or 50+ miles between May 15 and June 15, 2020. Riding can be done individually or with your family/friends/company.
This is your Ride to Inclusion – ride at your pace! Each person/team must individually track their own miles. Towards the end of the event, each rider will receive an email with instructions on how to log their miles.

WHEN: Friday, May 15th at 6:00PM
WHERE: Your outdoor or indoor bike & ZOOM!
*Register by 3pm on Friday, May 15th and the first 100 people will be sent an exclusive link to kick-off their ride virtually with Mandy! As you ride your first mile, you may ask Mandy questions and win prizes!
HOW TO JOIN:
Registration is FREE but we are challenging each participant to fundraise at least $100.00 by encouraging your friends, family, and colleagues to contribute to your race!
By clicking the Sign-Up button, each participant can choose to register as a solo rider, or as part of a Family, Friends, or Corporate Team! Within each team, each person gets to design their own fundraising page, post a photo, and track their donations. Best part? You can share this all on your social media with a personalized link and #RidetoInclusionLV!
