This April, I am honored to represent Ghostdog Systems alongside Team Send Me Outdoors (SMO) in the Tough Ruck 26.2 Boston Marathon — a grueling marathon with a weighted rucksack, carrying the names of our fallen comrades in special missions and special operations.
SMO is more than a team—it’s a brotherhood. A community of warriors, veterans, and service members who refuse to let the names of our fallen fade away. With every step, every ounce of weight on our backs, we ensure their legacy lives on.
This isn’t just a challenge—it’s a mission.
I ruck because they can’t. I ruck so their families know they are never forgotten. I ruck because their sacrifice demands more than just remembrance—it demands action.
But I need your help.
Your tax-deductible donation directly supports the Military Friends Foundation, providing critical aid to the families of fallen service members and first responders. It means financial relief, mental health resources, and unwavering support in their darkest hours. Every dollar raised is a direct impact—a lifeline for those left behind.
The Tough Ruck isn’t just a marathon—it’s history. On April 15, 2013, Tough Ruckers were at the Boston Marathon finish line, running toward the blasts, helping the injured. Their courage in that moment represents the very best of who we are. Today, the Tough Ruck continues as the only ruck partnered with the Boston Marathon, with finishers earning the official Boston Marathon Medal—a symbol of honor, grit, and commitment to our fallen.
This is my mission. For Ghostdog Systems. For Team SMO. For those who gave all.
Stand with me. Donate today. Every step I take is in honor of those who no longer can. Their names are on my back—but their memory lives on because of you.
