The Concord Pride 5K is organized by the team at Equality Health Center and raises money to support its work. Equality Health Center has been a trusted provider of reproductive, sexual, gender-affirming, and behavioral health care since 1974. They offer compassionate, affirming care that empowers people to make choices about their own bodies, while building community through education and advocacy for equal human rights.
Since 2015, Equality Health Center has proudly served the LGBTQIA+ community, offering care designed to meet people where they are. Their services include gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP and HIV prevention, STI testing and treatment, gender-specific and affirming mental health care, and trauma-informed gynecological services — all in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Beyond medical care, Equality Health Center supports the LGBTQIA+ community through education, resources, and advocacy, helping people navigate a healthcare system that too often leaves them out or treats them unfairly. For many patients, Equality Health Center is one of the only places they can get care free from discrimination, judgment, or fear.
