Join us for Evansville Day School’s First Annual Gnome Run 5k & Kids Gnome Dash on Saturday, 11/23/2024.

The 5K run will be held on Saturday morning, November 23 2024 at 9 am.
Beginning at 8:30 am is the Kids Gnome Dash for children 1 to 10 years old.

5k Awards

Overall winner for each gender category and for each of the following age groups:
1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Registration Fees

5k Registration is $25 until 11/22. Late Registration on 11/22 or 11/23 is $30.
Kids Dash Registration is $10 per child.

Packet Pickup Location

Your race bib number and registration packets will be available to pick up on Friday, November 17 from 8 am to 7 pm in the office of Evansville Day School, 3400 N Green River Rd, Evansville, IN, or on RACE Day, November 18 at the Deaconess Sports Park from 7 am to 9 am, the start of the race.
They will not be mailed to you.

Late & Final Registration

If you have not registered for the Gnome Run 5k and decide to get in on all the fun at the last minute, you can register at Evansville Day School on Friday, November 17 from 8 am to 7 pm or on the race date at Deaconess Sports Park from 7 am to 8:45 am.
You will need to fill out one registration form for each participant. You may pay by cash or check, and the Late Registration cost is $30 per participant.
PLEASE NOTE: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

There will be no cancellations for inclement weather.

Timing

The race will be officially timed by “To the Finish.” Results will be posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com.

Strollers? Dogs? Etc???

Strollers may be used in the 5K, but in the event of inclement weather please use caution to keep any children safe. Dogs and other pets as well as, skates, skateboards and scooters are NOT ALLOWED in any of the races.

Parking
-------------------------------------------
Park by the main baseball field's entrance until that lot is full, then other lots in the park. Parking attendants will be available to direct parking to open lots.

Shirts
-------------------------------------------
Shirts may be purchased at an additional cost during the registration process. Shirts must be purchased by October 26. Late registrants may not be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you would like to purchase a t-shirt but do not want to register for the race, please contact Lauren Barker at Lbarker@evansvilledayschool.org
