Gold Rush 5K

Packet Pick-Up is available on Friday, October 17th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Lumpkin County Board of Education, 56 Indian Drive, Dahlonega, GA 30533. Race Day Packet Pick-Up and Race Day Registration (Registration is $45 on Race Day) are available at UNG Memorial Hall starting at 7am.

Course:

This is a USATF Certified Course, Course #GA12001WC. Start and finish at the University of North Georgia in front of Memorial Hall. Awards:

• Overall male/female, Overall master (40+) male/female
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+.

Shirts, Refreshments, and Other Stuff:

• All participants registered by October 9 will receive a race t-shirt.  After this date, shirts will be available on a first-come basis. 
• Snacks, fruit, and water will be offered.
• Enjoy a scenic 5K course through the Dahlonega Town Square during The Annual Gold Rush Festival at the height of the colorful fall season in the North Georgia Mountains.

ALL PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LUMPKIN COUNTY COMMUNITY.
