100% of funds raised through Sax's virtual 4 Miler event goes directly to the Child Life Department at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. The Child Life Department does wonders mitigating the negative effects of hospitalization, particularly for pediatric patients with chronic, life-threatening or terminal illness. Funds are allocated to high-impact and beneficial therapies for pediatric patients, including art therapy, horticultural therapy and animal-assisted therapy.
