Heron Trail Run

This annual race is in memory of our dear friend Dave McDonald. 

Dave loved to run, he loved the Heron, and he loved music.

REGISTRATION IS FREE!

Centaur Stride Therapeutic Riding Facility, in Sherman, NY. 

This well-marked route is both challenging and fun, and will satisfy new

and experienced runners and walkers of all ages.

The main event! Our 5K trail race is open to all ages and abilities and is FREE to register and participate!

• Run or walk our scenic trail course
• Live music from 11am-3pm
• Breakfast & lunch available for purchase
• Kids-games and family-friendly fun for everyone!
