Visions and Pathways 5K & Walk

Hello everyone!  Once again its time for the Visions and Pathways fund raiser!! As always I invite you to come run with us. Okay I know, what are the chances of that?  So we'll do the running, and most of the donating. Help us out with half of our $2000 goal - that's just $1 for each of our 1000 friends.  But you are right! We do not have 1000 friends, that's crazy.  We have like, less than that, including family.  And you know what that means? Yup, you have to give a lot more than $1!  Remember, you're not doing it for me, but it does make me look better!  So let's all chip in and beat the $2000 goal people!

 A little about the organization - that I did not write:
Visions and Pathways is a non-profit organization that provides emergency and long-term support for teens who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, abuse, or addiction. 

Kids helped by Visions & Pathways have broken lives. Some are shattered; some have just a small crack. Some show no physical signs of damage - the scars are on the inside. Visions & Pathways help them put the pieces back together, build their self-esteem and acquire the skills they need to thrive by providing; food, housing, counseling, education assistance, arts and recreation activities, career and employment counseling, scholarships and financial literacy instruction.

Your donation to my run will help meet their day-to-day expenses such as food, bedding, heat and electricity, recreational activities and counseling services. Whatever amount you can donate, will make life easier for teens trying to deal with the trauma in their lives.

Our youth won't make it without the help of a caring community so thank you in advance for your support.
