Background:
On August 29, 2024, in Oldmans Township, New Jersey, John "Johnny Hockey" Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew Gaudreau, were struck and killed while riding their bicycles. The driver responsible for this tragedy was under the influence of alcohol and had a history of reckless driving. The brothers were in their home state for their sister's wedding, which was scheduled for the following day. They left behind their parents, siblings, wives, and 4 children (John: Noa, Johnny, & Carter) (Matthew: Tripp). Carter and Tripp never met their fathers.
