The Run of Hope benefits pediatric cancer research at Seattle Children's. Please join me this year as we continue to honor the legacy of Luke Challen!
Luke loved going to big brother Caleb's baseball games! He was excited to grow up and play baseball on a team of his own, unfortunately Luke never got the chance to become the MVP he was destined to be. At just 4 years old Luke's fight with brain cancer ended.
Luke was a beautiful little boy who had a smile that melted the hardest of hearts. His piercing blue eyes would light up the room and he gave tight squeezed neck hugs with a kiss on your ear.
The day Luke's brain tumor was diagnosed, his dad Phil was active duty miliary & the family was stationed in Alaska. On that same day he was medevacked to Seattle Children's Hospital for treatment and life as the Challen family knew it would be forever changed.
Jenn & Phil have been blessed to watch their 2 older children, Lexi & Caleb, grow-up to be thriving young adults. But the entire family will always have an unfilled space in their hearts.
100% of your donation will go directly to pediatric brain tumor research. No family should be faced with the loss of a child. Please help stop this devastating disease. Any amount is appreciated.
