Participants can choose a strength or miles challenge or virtual walk/run. They can choose one, a combo or all three. All participants will be able to view virtual message from AGSMIRC President Michelle Dale on November 14, 2020
Strength Challenge: Participants will complete 22 reps per day of a strength exercise, such as push ups, sit ups, burpees, etc.,
Miles Challenge: Participants will complete 22 miles on a stationary equipment such as treadmill, bike, rower, etc., or outdoor/non-stationary equivalent starting November 1 and going through November 14, 2020
Virtual walk/run: Participant will run 2.2 miles at a location of their choice on November 14, 2020.
