This year, as the Director of the Center for Racial and Gender Equity (CRGE) at YWCA Lancaster, I’m excited to participate in the Race Against Racism fundraising efforts and invite you to join me in advancing equity and justice in our community. Here at the CRGE, our work is rooted in a vision for a more inclusive Lancaster—one where everyone has the opportunity to thrive without the barriers of systemic racism and gender inequity.
