My ostomy has provided a new life for me, after years of pain and suffering with Crohn's. It didn't cure my disease, but it made it possible for me to live life without constant problems and minor surgeries that took me away from my family, friends, and work!
I would love for you to help other ostomates by supporting the UOAA. This organization helps new ostomates deal with daily struggles, advocates for ostomy support and care on the national level, and helps people like me live a normal and full life after what can be a daunting surgery and recovery.
The funds raised support United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. (UOAA) — a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the estimated 1+ million Americans living with an ostomy or continent diversion surgery.
