I'm proudly supporting Semper Fi & America's Fund as a Semper Fi & America's Fund Community Athlete. 

Semper Fi & America’s Fund cares for our nation’s critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families. Supporting all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, they provide one-on-one case management, connection, and lifetime support.

Lifetime support isn't just words that is said, SF&F is truly there for the Service Members and families. As many of you know I served in the Marine Corps as a SSgt with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Ever since being connected with SF&AF in 2012, they haven't left my side! And I couldn't be any more grateful for this organization! I have made leaps and bounds in my recovery however I still have a ways to go! Back in 2012, I joined the sports program through SF&AF called Team Semper Fi (TSF) was way to nervous to do anything with them. Fast forward until about 5 years ago and I started participating with Team Semper Fi and really started my physical recovery! TSF's moto is "Recovery Through Sport" and it cannot be any more spot on! When I started this physical journey, I could barely run a 5K! Now, I'm about to toe the line for the NYC Marathon! I am so grateful for all of the opportunities I have had and will continue to have with SF&AF and TSF!  I cannot thank you all enough for the support, as I've seen first hand what this organization does for its Service Members!
