TCS New York City Marathon Semper Fi & America's Fund Team 2026

My name is Josie Caggiano and I am excited to announce that together my older sister and I are running the 2026 NYC Marathon while fundraising for the Semper Fi & America’s Fund.

Service has always been a part of our lives. Our late father, Joseph P. Caggiano (1964 - 2013), did NROTC at Villanova University and served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy on the U.S.S Independence for ten years (1986 - 1996), dedicating a decade of his life to our country. 

Today, that tradition continues in our family—our brother, Peter, is currently a Navy pilot, specifically a WSO, based in Virginia Beach, flying F/A-18F Super Hornets, and our older sister, Cori, played on the Womens Lacrosse team at the Naval Academy, then served in the Marine Corps from 2017-2023 before receiving an honorable discharge after sustaining several injuries during her time in the service.

Because of their sacrifices and commitment, supporting veterans and service members has always felt deeply personal to us. Running the NYC Marathon for the Semper Fi & America’s Fund is an incredibly meaningful way to honor the veterans in our own family, as well as the countless men and women who have served our country over the past two centuries.
