Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.
I was asked to participate in this event by a member of my team, Alan Hundur, at Warner Music Group who heads up and is doing great work at our Veteran's Employee Resource group, supporting veterans returning home and learning to acclimate back to civilian life. I run for them!
I run for my 2nd family growing up, Peter and Mike Gerbasi who dedicated and almost lost their life to those towers! I run for them!
For my family, who lost many brothers and sisters on the job that day! I run for them!
For my brothers and sisters who continue go out and ride both paid and volunteer trucks each day! I run for them!
