Facing cancer and all that comes with it is no small feat! Some days, I have the “Julie Juice” and face each step in healing with confidence, with positivity, and with a joy for the gift of life! Other days I may not feel that way, but thankfully God gave me a positive outlook and faith in Him to face any obstacle that comes my way. My college friends have dubbed my positivity “Julie’s Juice”. I know this has served me well as I have faced new obstacles this past year with a growth in my cancer and a failed clinical trial for me. So I will soon be back in chemotherapy … yet again!
Each day is a gift and I wake full of gratitude! All those who surround me with love help to hold me up and give me “my reasons” for living! I have so much to look forward to and I pray that new treatments and break throughs in research will lead to an end to this horrid disease! I am fund raising for the Kelly Gynecological Oncology Group at Johns Hopkins to give back to those who saved my life 4 1/2 years ago! With your help, we can beat this!
