Some milestones are worth celebrating, and this year I'm fortunate to mark two: five years as an employee of The Arc of Bristol County and The Arc's five years as a proud Charity Partner of the Flutie 5K to make a difference in our community.

Each year, this event has grown in both impact and meaning, and I've loved watching our community rally around our mission. This year is especially exciting because we're joining the Providence satellite run—bringing this incredible event even closer to home. It's where the people we support live, where many of our employees live, and where The Arc provides life-changing services every day.

If you know me, you know that I'm passionate about helping people succeed. During my years in education, that meant supporting students and families as they prepared for the future. Today, that same passion drives my work as the Development & Communications Manager at The Arc of Bristol County.

My job is to tell stories—stories of resilience, inclusion, achievement, and possibility. Every day, I have the privilege of sharing the experiences of the incredible people we support across Bristol County, Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island. Those stories remind me why this work matters and why our community's support is so important.
