Maggie Fischer Memorial Cross Bay Swim

I’ll be participating in the Maggie Fischer Memorial Cross Bay Swim on July 9th.  The race course spans 5.5 miles of open water across the Great South Bay - from Fire island to the south shore of Long Island. It will be my first time participating in this event.

The Maggie Fischer Memorial Great South Bay Cross Bay Swim is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to the advancement of open water swimming. Fundraising efforts benefit several local charities including the Hospice Care Network's Children and Family Bereavement program and the Maggie Fischer Scholarship fund at St. Anthony’s High School.
