Kick Off Your Heels Hospice 5k Run

Please join the fun on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 as we embark on our second annual 5K Run/Walk for Hospice! Run in honor/memory of someone while making a difference for all the patients and families who use Hospice's services.  Your participation in this event will support the direct care of so many in our community! The Festival of Trees is Talbot Hospice's largest fundraiser and we are literally "kicking off" the 2019 season with this event!

     Talbot Hospice provides high quality, end of life support services to MANY patients and families.  In addition, Talbot Hospice provides bereavement and support groups. Some of these groups include: Caregivers Support, Monthly Grief Groups,  Shattering the Silence (for those in our community who are grieving the death of a loved one due to suicide, substance abuse or addiction), Child Loss Support, Pet Loss bereavement and so much more.

     Gather a group, and plan to make a difference for Hospice! . We HOPE to see you there!!
